Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and exchanges may be accepted. By placing an order with us, you agree to the conditions stated below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are generally not eligible for return or refund, unless a verified issue is confirmed.


2. Procedure for Concerns After Opening

If you experience any issue or have concerns after opening the product:

  • You must contact us prior to requesting a refund

  • Provide relevant details and, if required, supporting evidence (images or videos)

All cases will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate resolution (replacement, partial refund, or other support) may be offered.


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned item has been received and inspected, or after a claim has been reviewed and approved
  • Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with without prior approval
  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery
  • Damage caused due to improper use, storage, or handling
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Failure to respond to order confirmation procedures (if applicable)

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Contact us with clear evidence (images/videos)
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

7. Quality Assurance

We maintain strict quality standards in the preparation and handling of our products. Our products are developed under controlled processes and follow recognized quality practices.

They are manufactured in facilities adhering to DRAP, GMP, and ISO guidelines, ensuring consistency, safety, and reliability. As a result, the likelihood of defects is minimal.
